Camp Replacement & Home Tutoring Service Introduction
This is an introduction to the camp replacement and home tutoring service as a result of the temporary school closure and camp cancellation in compliance with Bangkok’s stay-at-home order.
We have also contacted parents or guardians who have made the reservations individually in a separate notice.
★For those who have made reservations for Camp 10:00–16:00
1. Home tutoring service during the school closure: 3 hours (including 1-hour lesson)
2. Regular classes after reopening: 4 hours (including 1-hour lesson & 30-minutes English Club)
Both can be replaced for classes up until the end of February. You may also select a combination of the 2.
★For those who have made reservations for Camp 10:00–13:00
1. Home tutoring service during the school closure: 1.5 hours (including 1-hour Lego lesson)
2. Regular classes after reopening: 4 hours (including 1 hour Lego lesson & 30-minutes English Club)
Both can be replaced for classes up until the end of February. You may also select a combination of the 2.
Please understand that we are unable to provide refunds. (Refer to Terms and Conditions No. 8)

★Thai Teacher Home Tutoring Service During School Closure
<Reservation Method>
– Reservations will open starting from January 7 13:00–
– Please make your reservations by 16:00 a day before. We will inform you on the same day of the availability.
You will not be able to cancel the reservation once it is confirmed.
– For Japanese staff, it will be conducted at twice the price stated above. Japanese language lessons will also be conducted.
– If you are not comfortable contacting us in English, our Japanese staff will correspond with you over the phone.
<Lesson Extensions>
– You may extend the lesson on the same day right after your reserved lesson.
– If the lesson is for brothers and sisters, we can provide 1-hour joint lessons + 2 hours x number of students.
– Home tutoring lesson extensions are priced at 500THB/2 hours (excluding VAT) if reserved in advance.
<Home Tutoring Service Area & Transportation Fees>
– Transportation fees for home tutoring services within the Phrom Phong–On Nut area is free-of-charge. We will charge transportation fees for areas beyond that.
– We cannot provide home tutoring service to apartments where access is forbidden for non-residents.

★Regular Class Replacement until end of February
– At the present time, we are uncertain that we will get permission to reopen starting from January 17.
After reopening, we will send out a notice again, so please make reservations until the end of February for the time being.
